Mailing list members are users that have registered for a specific mailing list to get regular email messages, such as weekly newsletters. In case the software that is used to manage the mailing list permits it, you can also authorize mailing list members manually, but in this case such messages may be looked upon as being unsolicited and reported as spam by the recipients. Usually, these members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking on a link in the email messages they receive, or you, as the mailing list administrator, can delete them manually if they ask for this or if you decide that some of the members should not be part of the list any longer. Each mailing list member will see only their email address in the "To" section of the email messages they receive, but not the addresses of the remaining members of the mailing list.
Mailing List Members in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting with our company and you create an electronic mailing list, you will be able to manage the mailing list subscribers without effort. You do not even need to sign in to your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, as you can do everything via email from any location. By sending out email messages with particular commands to majordomo@yourdomain.com, you’ll be able to gain access to numerous options offered by our popular Majordomo software application. You can see a full list of all present mailing list members, or if needed – you can include/remove members. If you add a new mailbox, the user in question will be informed and will have to verify that they do not mind being added to the list. Deleting a user is also incredibly easy – you just need to send a message to the administrator address associated with the given mailing list.
